Add DHL Packstation, Paketshop & Postfiliale delivery at checkout with address auto-fill.
Packstation Lookup adds a DHL pickup point finder to your checkout. Customers search for nearby Packstations, Paketshops, and Postfilialen by postal code or city, and the app fills in the shipping address in the format DHL requires, validates the Postnummer, and prevents later changes. Packstation addresses typed manually through express checkouts such as Shop Pay are corrected automatically after the order is placed. This helps German merchants reduce failed deliveries to DHL pickup points.
- Search DHL Packstations, Paketshops, and Postfilialen directly in checkout
- Auto-fill shipping address fields in the format DHL requires
- Validate the customer's DHL Postnummer before the order is placed
- Auto-correct Packstation addresses entered via Shop Pay and express checkouts
- Rename delivery options to show the selected DHL pickup point

Germany is a big market for us. We have suffered from packstation issues for years. We have tried many solutions including plug ins from DHL and auto scripts. None have fully sorted the problem like this app. We literally get zero issues now. Was easy to set up. I had a couple of questions and they sorted them out right away. Would give this 6/5 if I could. Our cutomers have a better UX and our return shipment costs are massivly reduced.
This app does exactly what we need and integrates seamlessly into our workflow. The setup was smooth, the functionality is reliable, and it handles our specific DHL Packstation requirements perfectly.
A special shoutout to Charles for the incredible support - he went above and beyond to adapt the app to our specific business needs and was always quick to help with any questions or customisations.
Highly recommend this app to any Shopify store needing a robust DHL Packstation solution.
