Packwork has been so helpful for our customer service and fulfillment teams, we're so grateful for this app! Love the Codeture team too.
We're really happy to hear this! Appreciate you bringing in a lot of new ideas for the app too. It's a great collaboration!
Pack work has been a game changer for our CX agents, they're able to see additional details on the order status like picking and packing to give customers the most up to date info on WIZMO outreach. Also love the Shopify Flow triggers they offer! Stef and the team are amazing to work with and provide 5 star support to merchants.
Thanks a lot for the kind words! Obviously, we're more than happy to be of help and are looking forward to what's ahead! Stay tuned.
