It's a very bad app. When I install this app, this app effect the website is blank. The support team cannot help to fix it and just send me the general answer.
Hi Secret Sofa Team,
Aroll here from Booster Apps Tier 2 Support. I just saw your review and wanted to reach out to apologize for the trouble you had with our app. 😔
Though our app is free, it is by no means at all an app that we neglect, and we take issues such as the one you're experiencing very seriously and would love to get to the bottom of what caused the images to disappear.
Would it be okay for us to collaborate with you to resolve the issue? I'll be happy to send over a collaborator's request and look further at what went wrong.
Happy to offer you any help you need here. So sorry again for the hassle. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Aroll
Vicky was AMAZING!!! Really nice and Super Helpful. She went above and beyond and provided me with a bunch of ideas to help my website. She deserves a Pay Raise!!!
We're so excited that you are enjoying our services! Your praise in your 5-Star review is very much appreciated! 🤩 Thanks, Kevin
I'm not sure it worked, do I need to wait for a period of time before checking the speed? I checked before and after and the score had got worse rather than better!
For the moment I am testing this application but the communication service is excellent and fast if they are online. The answers to the questions are well explained.
Easy to install, works immediately and it's free. This app is awesome.
I have added it to all of my stores whether they were running slow or not. They all spend up.
Super schneller und netter Support. Für ein Neuling wie mich, eine echte Hilfe.
Der Shop lädt schneller und ich bin gespannt wie es sich auswirkt.
Vielen Dank. Christin
