Ho contattato l’assistenza PageFly per un problema con il pulsante “Acquista ora”, che sembrava non funzionare correttamente da mobile. Shami è stato molto disponibile, gentile e professionale: ha richiesto soltanto i permessi necessari, ha controllato direttamente la pagina e mi ha fornito una verifica concreta del corretto funzionamento anche su smartphone.
Mi ha inoltre spiegato che il problema poteva dipendere dalla cache del browser, tranquillizzandomi e indicandomi come procedere. Ho apprezzato molto la rapidità, la pazienza e la chiarezza del supporto ricevuto. Un’assistenza competente e affidabile. Grazie Shami e al team PageFly!
I genuinely can't express how impressed I am with PageFly. From the very beginning, the app has been easy to use and has made building my store so much easier. EVERYTHING is there and it is without feeling overwhelming!!!

I have been using the Pagefly app since 2020 but haven't needed to use the chat function until today (July 2026). I wanted to make a change on a page but noticed that all of my pages are now labeled "Legacy" and the edit function is not available. Yakub was very helpful in explaining the change and providing a video on how to begin recreating my pages in Gen2. I will begin doing that today so I don't know how easy or complicated that process is as of yet but I am confident that I will be able to get reliable assistance should I need it.
Yakub was also very patient as at times it took a while for me to reply to his questions/comments.

Thanks, Eli from PageFly. My PageFly page wouldn't open; it turned out to be a conflict with a browser extension, and they resolved the issue quickly via a remote session.
Quick response for everything. And the app has more features than most apps I've tried.
Try it if you look for real flexibility and performance tracking.
