I want to take a moment to thank Hiếu from the PageFly support team. He supported me over several days, and from the first message to the last he was patient, professional, and genuinely invested in getting my store to look the way I wanted.
He replied quickly, took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. When I had follow-up requests, he handled them with the same care instead of rushing me along. He also checked back with me after finishing each part to make sure everything worked properly.
What touched me most is that he kept helping me even on his day off. Most support experiences stop at working hours, so that extra effort really stood out and showed how much he cares about the people he helps.

I deleted the app after wasting two hours trying to build one page. Support was slow, gave incomplete instructions, and took 5–10 minutes to answer simple questions. Setting up even a basic announcement bar became unnecessarily difficult.
I do not recommend this app unless you have an entire week to design one page.

I wanted to personally apologize for the experience you had with our support team. After reviewing your case, I understand that we did not handle your requirements clearly or efficiently, and I’m sorry for the time and frustration this caused.
Your request was specific: a separate PageFly landing page for advertising, while keeping your existing Shopify product page unchanged, with the same product/variant setup, BOGOS functionality if supported, and an announcement section that appears only on the landing page.
We should have verified these technical requirements and limitations at the beginning instead of giving you conflicting guidance and having you spend hours testing different approaches.
I’m taking ownership of this feedback and will be working with our team to improve how we handle cases like this.
If you’re willing to give us another chance, I’d personally like to help coordinate the next steps with our technical team and make sure we work toward the setup you originally wanted.

Ho contattato l’assistenza PageFly per un problema con il pulsante “Acquista ora”, che sembrava non funzionare correttamente da mobile. Shami è stato molto disponibile, gentile e professionale: ha richiesto soltanto i permessi necessari, ha controllato direttamente la pagina e mi ha fornito una verifica concreta del corretto funzionamento anche su smartphone.
