Simple and efficient and nice that it's free for basic use.
Had a slightly embarrassing chat with support because it wasn't showing up on my site product pages despite showing in my theme editor but eventually realised it was because I'm outside the EU so it only shows to visitors in the EU - worth noting while you're testing!
Thank you so much for the review and for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that you find the app simple and efficient to use.
Don't worry at all about the support chat, geo-targeting trips up many store owners during testing! Your note about how regional targeting works in preview mode is super helpful for other merchants setting up their banners outside the EU.
If you ever need anything else, our team is always here to help!
I needed to get the new EU GPSR information displayed on my Shopify store and, honestly, I had very little idea what I was doing! With only two days to get everything sorted, I was starting to panic.
The Pandectes team were incredibly helpful. Chat Support responded instantly to my query. They walked me through installing the app and showed me exactly what I needed to do to get it set up correctly. What had seemed quite daunting was suddenly very straightforward.
Excellent support when I really needed it. Five stars!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review!
Compliance deadlines like GPSR can definitely feel overwhelming when time is tight, so we're thrilled our support team was able to step in and make the process smooth and stress-free for you. Knowing we turned a daunting task into a straightforward setup means the world to us!
If you ever need help with future updates or compliance rules, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for choosing Pandectes!
Exceptional support! Marios helped me manually set up the EU Legal Guarantee notice on my Legacy theme right away. Fast, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

unkomplizierte Installation und persönlicher Support, keine Bots sondern echte Menschen, das finde ich in den heutigen Zeiten einfach so wichtig. Mega vielen Dank für den Support.
Spotted that this was mandatory for us to trade in the EU, the set up was simple, support was on point (thanks Natalie!) when I ran into a problem (down to my limited knowledge not with the app) and it integrates seamlessly.
Five stars!
Klasse Support und in wenigen Handgriffen war unser Shop wieder konform. Danke!
Honestly, a must have app if you ship to EU. So easy to set up, saved me loads of time and the customer support is top notch.
Really simple and straightforward to set up.
