Since we started using ParcelPanel Returns, the experience has been excellent! The tool is easy to use, feature-rich, and makes the return process smooth and efficient, saving our team a lot of time. Their support service is also fast and professional—every time we had a question, they responded quickly and solved it right away. We’ve been using CWILL Returns & Exchanges for a while and couldn’t be happier. The platform is intuitive for both our team and shoppers. Creating custom return rules is effortless, and the automated workflow drastically reduces back‑and‑forth emails with customers. It is a must‑have app for any Shopify store handling returns.

Was excited about the app but it has limited features with regards to accepting/rejecting returns of certain items/orders. No option to approve/reject a return based on a tag associated with an order or with a product. We use Shopify to tag orders and products for a variety of reasons. Some of these tags make an order ineligible for return. This app will not accommodate those tags.

ParcelPanel's return & exchange service has been a game-changer for our customer experience. Since we started using it, our customers no longer have to go through the hassle of emailing to request returns—everything is streamlined and user-friendly.

What stands out most is how much smoother the process has become. Customers are happier because they get quick resolutions, and the support team is always responsive whenever we need assistance. Issues get sorted out fast, which takes a lot of pressure off our operations.

I love that we can provide ease of convenience to our customers by having the returns and exchanges portal. I appreciate being able to modify the written text boxes and linking to our Returns Policy. I would have liked to see more personalization options with the font selections however, but that is not a deal breaker as a merchant.

I'm quite specific when running my store, I feel my customers should get the best technology and service i can offer. I expect the same of any app I use. My returns and tracking management, it needs to be bullit proof and i need to know their team can support me when i need it. Having tried literally 6 other apps, Parcel Panel is the best by some distance. Its one of only 5 apps i use to run my store. Its essential for what we do. Their customer support is second to none, and frankly thats rare. does it cost more yes, its why i avoided it in the beginning. But you do get what you pay for. wouldnt use any other app for tracking, or returns management but it took me a year and a half to figure that out! if they offered 6 stars I'd give it to them. PS Im not easy to please either rest assured....

WOuld love this app to have the ability to charge return fees for ALL exchange reasons, but it only allows you to choose one, which doesn't make sense if you need to charge postage for any exchanges. YOu also can't charge return fees for Refunds as well as Exchanges - only one or the other. The interface is user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and price point is good but without these features, I can't use the app.

Okay, 2 words to describe this app: SIMPLY AMAZING

I took time to work with the app to setup all the point before leaving my review. This app is just wonderfull, and the customers service is fast, so fast. I recommend to every e-commerce store on shopify to use the app to setup their returns. You will love it.

We can't fault the amazing and we mean AMAZING customer service and support. Developers who truly listen to the needs of their customers with updates flowing through within days or actively working on them.

We turned to this App because other "return" apps just didn't meet our needs for us to be able to provide a seamless customer experience, but Parcel Panel Returns & Exchanges has filled the gap in the market. Thank You!!
