CWILL Returns & Exchanges

I just had the most helpful conversation with a real customer service person. It was refreshing speaking to someone real and how quickly she answered my questions. Not to mention, how easy this app is to navigate.

Excellent customer service by Donna, very quick to respond and help with my query

Great customer service and really quick to help

Just installed the app, so far so good. Just be ready to do most of the configuring yourself. We're going to let it ride with the FREE version a while before upgrading to add automation to the work flows.

I love this app exactly what we needed to make returns & exchanges easier for our customers. thank you Jessica was very helpful.
