I'm quite specific when running my store, I feel my customers should get the best technology and service i can offer. I expect the same of any app I use. My returns and tracking management, it needs to be bullit proof and i need to know their team can support me when i need it. Having tried literally 6 other apps, Parcel Panel is the best by some distance. Its one of only 5 apps i use to run my store. Its essential for what we do. Their customer support is second to none, and frankly thats rare. does it cost more yes, its why i avoided it in the beginning. But you do get what you pay for. wouldnt use any other app for tracking, or returns management but it took me a year and a half to figure that out! if they offered 6 stars I'd give it to them. PS Im not easy to please either rest assured....
WOuld love this app to have the ability to charge return fees for ALL exchange reasons, but it only allows you to choose one, which doesn't make sense if you need to charge postage for any exchanges. YOu also can't charge return fees for Refunds as well as Exchanges - only one or the other. The interface is user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and price point is good but without these features, I can't use the app.

You were absolutely right—the fee settings at the time were too limited for the way you needed to manage returns and exchanges.
CWILL Returns now supports both return fees and restocking fees, with much more flexibility across refund and exchange workflows. And during the time you’ve been away, the product has gone through many more major improvements.
We haven’t forgotten the merchants who once liked CWILL Returns but had to leave because the product simply wasn’t mature enough for their needs at the time.

We can't fault the amazing and we mean AMAZING customer service and support. Developers who truly listen to the needs of their customers with updates flowing through within days or actively working on them.
We turned to this App because other "return" apps just didn't meet our needs for us to be able to provide a seamless customer experience, but Parcel Panel Returns & Exchanges has filled the gap in the market. Thank You!!
