It’s Lisa from CWILL Returns—formerly ParcelPanel Returns. I’m not sure whether you still remember us after all this time, but I truly hope you’ve been doing well.
Looking back, what we regret most is that we never had the chance to properly understand what you needed or give you the experience you deserved.
CWILL Returns has grown into a much more mature and complete product since then. From onboarding and daily return management to advanced rules and flexible workflows, so much has changed.
