CWILL Returns & Exchanges

great help

Excellent help , Easy to understand.

ParcelWILL has been a great addition to my business. The tracking is accurate, updates are timely, and the interface is very easy to use. It helps me keep my customers informed and reduces support inquiries significantly. Everything runs smoothly, and the overall experience has been reliable and professional. Highly recommend for any ecommerce store looking for a dependable tracking solution.

Great guide throw by Donna. Unfortunately this APP doesn't coordinate well with Shopify

They provide very quick and accurate answers to inquiries. The service provided is excellent.

Once an item has been refunded in Shopify why do i have to then go back in to returns panel and action it again in there - its a pain and just more admin

The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.
