I was unable to set this up. I am simply not tech savvy and only received links to instructions pages when I requested set up assistance.
Hi there :)
I realize that by the time you have a chance to see this reply, more than two years may have passed. I truly hope you’ve been doing well.
Over the past two and a half years, CWILL Returns has gone through many rounds of improvement. We now have a brand-new onboarding experience that makes the app much easier to set up and simpler to use, while offering more complete and flexible features for merchants with advanced needs.
Our Support Care team is also available 24/7 to guide you step by step—so you won’t be left alone with only instruction links again.
If this reply ever reaches you, we’d love to invite you back to experience the new CWILL Returns and tell us honestly how it feels. Your feedback mattered to us then, and it would still mean a lot to us now. 💙
