Parcelify: Shipping Rates

Great app, couldn't find anything else with such advanced features.
Perfect if you have a varied inventory.
Support is speedy too.

Wanted to add a free shipping option, but exclude certain regions. Parcelify did everything we wanted in a clean, simple interface.
