I have had a great experience so far with this app.
I had an inquiry and Kath was very quick to help me. I highly recommend this app for its easy setup, and reliable customer service.
SAV toujours au top !
Way too expensive for what I want/need. As a small business, $60 to export less than 100 files is ridiculous.
Hi Team,
We're truly sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. Our team is doing its best to reach out and support your business. A customized solution tailored to your needs has already been shared—both via email and live chat—and it should help address your concerns regarding the plan pricing.
Additionally, our team noticed that your plan's quota has been fully used, and you're currently consuming additional quota. We recommend upgrading soon to avoid any overage charges. We've also shared a customized solution for this quota issue in live chat.
We look forward to hearing from you there!
Warm regards,
ParcelWILL Team
