CWILL Order Tracking

Fast and helpful support. We had an unused shipping protection script loading on our storefront and slowing the site down. Zessa from support answered within minutes and clearly explained which app embed to turn off. She also confirmed it wouldn’t affect order tracking, which was exactly what we needed to know. The issue was solved quickly and with no hassle. Order tracking itself works reliably for our store. Thanks!

Jane was very helpful in answering questions I had about setting up the app and migrating from our old tracking app.

The tracking page makes it easy for customers to track their order status and shipment progress while staying on our site. I especially like the product recommendations on the tracking page with smart upsells. The tracking page easily integrates into our website and into our store, and I like the ability to customize the URL. An added bonus is the analytics and integrations with other apps.

Update: 23rd Sep - Claire from the CWILL team reached out and helped with resolving the issue. Really appreciate her for listening and understanding our perspective. The app works fine as mentioned earlier and the team is quick to resolve any tracking rule changes.

BE CAREFUL when opting for this. I was with TrackingMore which is part of CWILL. Was offered a free period of 30 days to move to ParcelPanel now CWILL.

I took the bait and was shown a free period of 30 days. Now realise that I was charged in advance by TrackingMore till Aug 18 2026 and then CWILL charged me in Sep for the period starting Aug 21 2026. So effectively 3 days free and not 30. CWILL Support now claims we have shown 30 days free in your invoice and the money paid to TrackingMore is not our problem.

App is fine but unfortunate experience so would suggest to be careful with billing and invoicing.

They are always fast, professional, and very helpful whenever we need support. Every time we had a question or an issue, they replied quickly and guided us clearly until everything was solved.

The app is also very useful for managing tracking information and improving the customer experience on our Shopify store.

After trying a few different tracking apps CWILL has the best features for our business. Live map, drop ship mode and the all important final mile carrier link. The mapping was incorrect for a carrier on a delayed order, so the customer could not see the progress. This was resolved in minutes by Daisy. First class support

Great app and excellent support! We had an issue with Nova Poshta tracking numbers being incorrectly detected as another carrier, and the support team quickly understood the problem and added a matching rule for us. Everything is working correctly now. Thank you for the fast and helpful support!
