I asked for a custom plan for a store and Claire came back within two days with a tailored offer, answered every compliance question I had (opt-in widget, free shipping, feed exclusion) in writing, and configured the plan right away. Exactly the kind of support you want from an app you rely on for every order.
Fast and helpful support. We had an unused shipping protection script loading on our storefront and slowing the site down. Zessa from support answered within minutes and clearly explained which app embed to turn off. She also confirmed it wouldn’t affect order tracking, which was exactly what we needed to know. The tracking page makes it easy for customers to track their order status and shipment progress while staying on our site.
