The Parcely team is amazing! I didn't know it at first but they set everything up for you (free of charge), you just tell them how you want to ship and with which couriers, and they’ll handle it. I once changed something and ran into a little issue late on a Friday, and they had it all fixed within 30 minutes. Super helpful and friendly support, can’t recommend them enough!
Everything works well and support is always quick to help.

So far this is a great product. I find it very helpful. But the best thing and a perfect example to all the Apps - Customer Service. Outstanding, 110% best. There is no information to how to cancel free trial. I tryed everything.
We actually did respond to your support request on Fri, 20 Sep 2024 at 9:40 AM, maybe it went to your spam folder.
You can always cancel app plans or trial periods by uninstalling the app. Same with Parcely app, just uninstall it from your store and plan is canceled.
Please consider changing the review as its a little bit unfair :)
The support is very fast and always ready to help. They solved our problem very fast, and noticed us when it was ready. I could really recommend Parcely. :)
