Gran soporte para la funcion en tu negocio.
Horrible app. It never worked properly. I have no idea why it has 5 stars here. I’ve asked for support many times but never received a response. I can’t recommend this app or the team behind it. There are many more reliable apps you can use instead.
We have responded to your email. If you haven't received it, please feel free to reach out again.
Please note that Google Analytics may not capture every sale on your store. This limitation is due to browser security settings, which can block tracking. If tracking is blocked, the sale will not be recorded in Google Analytics. Our app’s functionality is limited to installing Google Analytics, and we have no control over how it operates.
Additionally, if your Shopify store has GDPR settings enabled, tracking will only be allowed after the customer explicitly accepts cookies.
We strive to provide the best possible support and transparency about how our app works. If you found our explanation helpful and feel your concerns have been addressed, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review. Your feedback is invaluable in helping other merchants understand our app and its capabilities, and it motivates us to continue improving our services.
Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to assist you!
