Updated review:
The app works well, and I appreciate that the developer responded quickly and updated the Privacy Policy to clarify how data is handled. The issues I raised have been resolved, which I value.
That said, I still don’t like that the app requires such broad permissions. For this reason, I’ll continue using it for now but will also look for alternatives that don’t request access to customer data.
Old review:
The app works well, but recently it started requesting customer data. It now asks for the following information about customers, yet in the Privacy Policy (effective 26 June 2025), there is no mention of collecting this data or how it is being protected:
Customers
Name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system
Thank you for your feedback and for continuing to use Payflow — we’re really glad to hear that the app works well for you 🙏
To clarify: the new permissions are only related to an optional QR code payment feature for merchants in Slovakia and Czechia. Since your store is based in Poland, this feature is completely inactive for you and no additional customer data is being accessed.
Following your feedback, we’ve also updated our Privacy Policy to clearly explain what data is used, when it is collected, and how it is protected.
We truly appreciate you raising this concern, as it helped us improve our app for everyone. If you have any other questions, our team is always here to help.
Všetko funguje ako má. Využívame QR kódy k platbám a upravili sme možnosti dopravy podľa nastavených podmienok. Apka super. Musím ale vyzdvihnúť ešte perfektnú úroveň podpory, mal som pár dotazov a všetko sme vyriešili bezproblémovo a rýchlo. Držím palce ďalej :)
This app has been a game-changer for us! We were able to resolve our issue seamlessly, thanks to its intuitive features and exceptional support. A special shoutout to Jan for going above and beyond in assisting us—your dedication made all the difference. Highly recommend this app to anyone seeking reliable and effective solutions!
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear that our app has been a game-changer for your store and that you had a smooth experience. It was a pleasure assisting you!
Your recommendation means the world to us, and we’re always here to help if you ever need anything. Thanks again for your support!
I use the app to limit COD only to my home country, and to remove the COD payment option for particular customers. It does a stellar job at both tasks, its easy to understand and to set it up.
I used the app Releasit so far, but this one is much more simpler to set up.
And when I had some questions, support was fast and was ready to help instantly. Thanks Jan for your help and a great app!
This a app is amazing and helped me achieve what I had wanted for such a long time. I am now able to customize re-arrange my payment and shopping methods within seconds. Re-naming the methods, especially payment gateway providers is another huge plus for my business. Thanks guys.
Very happy with setup support I received from app developers. App is very helpful. We are using to charge on our COD payments and also to manage our shipping & payments options.
App is great!
This app is phenomenal for setting up Cash on Delivery with an additional fee. The intuitive design makes the whole process seamless and easy to understand, far surpassing other alternatives. Overall, it's the best app for customizing payment and shipping methods. Highly recommended!
