Super useful and powerful app, which allows you to really customise your payment method offerings, based on numerous criteria, but most usefully for us, based on Shipping Country and then combined order threshold rules.
Quick and responsive support team who are very helpful in guiding you to the correct solution, particularly when you have multiple conditional conditions acting concurrently.
Quick response from the agent and great assistance
I set up a manual payment method for regular customers, which had been repeatedly exploited by scammers. This app was recommended to me by a Shopify specialist. I have only good things to say about this app. It’s easy to set up and includes a wide range of features. I highly recommend it to everyone. The support is also excellent—responses are quick and of high quality. I’m very satisfied. Therefore i am follow all other positive feedbacks. Norbert Wiedemann

Great support!
Great App! Great Support !
We are using this service to hide specific payment options from some customers and companies. We also use it to restrict checkout for certain customers who haven't met their minimum order value. Very intuitive and easy to use. 5-minute set-up. I like it a lot.
Great to hear PayRules helped you hide payment options exactly as needed and that the setup was quick and intuitive.
The app works exactly like I need and customer service are quick to respond. Great for needing different types of payment terms like Net 30 and only wanting to show it to certain customers! Would recommend
Thank you for the recommendation! PayRules was built exactly for scenarios like offering Net 30 terms to select customers—glad it’s working perfectly for you.
Fantastic Support – Problem Solved Quickly!
We ran into an issue with payment tenders not reordering correctly, which was causing real headaches for our business. The support team, especially Shahriar, was outstanding. He took the time to fully understand the problem, communicated clearly throughout, and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. You can tell these guys really care about their customers and the performance of their app. Top marks for both the app and the service – highly recommended!
Thanks for the detailed feedback! We’re happy the issue was resolved quickly and that you felt supported throughout the process.
