Digital Downloads PDF Pendora

Great app for delivering license keys instead of files. We use it to send gift-card codes automatically after purchase: bulk upload of codes, auto-fulfilment and a customisable email, all on the free plan. Special mention to Najmus from support, who answered within minutes, solved every question and removed the branding for us right away. Excellent support. Highly recommended.

Customizing the email to the customer was hard to figure out at first and felt like a really old interface but other than that everything is going great. Make sure to export your ebook as PDF if you're using Canva

We were having problems with our digital products app, and I had to find a new one to have a quick fix. This app was super easy to set up! This fixed our digital downloads instantly which was appreciated. Dinesh was super helpful to get the final set up done! Thanks!

The team behind Pendora has been incredibly helpful — issues get resolved quickly, even outside of standard hours, which makes a real difference when you're running things solo. A special mention to Mithum, who's been fantastic with support. It's made managing my business so much easier, even as someone without a technical background. You can skip a lot of unnecessary expenses since the support you need is right there whenever you need it. Highly recommend for small business owners who want reliable help without the overhead.

I highly recommend Pandora if you want a reliable way to deliver PDFs to your customers. Their customer support is excellent; quick to respond, helpful, and very professional. They even helped me test the entire setup and made sure everything was working perfectly before I went live. Great experience overall!

Great app. Best part is that it's free to use without watermarks..We've used it on multiple stores so far, and it has worked well for me. Highly recommend it!!

Pendora has been great. Would recommend to anyone selling digital products. They also have great customer service and fast response times. Aditya showed me how to do the thing I was trying to do with clear screenshots which were really helpful.

I went through the process of setting up a new store with product downloads that Bhushan helped me through it... fast, friendly and professional, helping give me confidence to launch my new store. Thanks Bhushan for your help! It has been just over a year of solid work to get to this point, so helping me through this last step was very assuring!

Praveen was very helpful in testing my setup. I've been using this app to deliver an ebook and it is awesome to be able to limit downloads and control how the content is accessed. I would recommend this app for anyone who has a digital delivery need!

Excellent app and an even better support team. Setting up digital downloads was simple, and whenever I had a question, the support was incredibly fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. This guy Mithun helped me make sure everything was working perfectly. If you're selling digital products on Shopify, I definitely recommend Pendora Downloads.
