Personizely: A/B Testing

This is really an amazing app. The design is great and helped me immediately to increase average order value. But apart from this, what's really superb is the support you're getting. In my case, from Sergiu. An onboarding call was scheduled, and many questions have been answered swiftly and accurately in the meantime. This app is doing exactly what I need and looks good doing it. I checked out a few apps, this one is a little more expensive but worth every penny. The interface is very easy to use. I was able to make a pop up, customized to our brand in minutes and it blended in seamlessly to our style.

But even more important than that is the amazing customer service! Sergiu went above and beyond helping me... our website has some very specific needs. He actually built a customization into the app for us! (could be because I'm special, or because they are awesome.) They even spent time over the weekend helping me configure it. Highly recommend this app.

This is one of the best-hidden jewels in the Shopify app store. I am not sure how I found it, but it has been a game-changer for us. I strongly recommend this for anyone looking to make a beautiful pop-up that seamlessly integrates with other marketing applications or stores that want to increase average cart value with the cross-sell pop-up offer you can build. I was looking for an app to create popups throughout my site with an easy to use interface. I tried a few cheap/free apps, but Personizely was absolutely the easiest one to use! Well worth the money every month since it saves me so much time versus the other apps I tried. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic app. Once you start getting into building the widgets, it all makes sense and is very intuitive. Whats better is the service. Sergiu on support was fantastic in sorting out all my settings that I had done incorrectly, which meant that my subscribers had been dwindling for a few months. He spent a lot of time explaining and checking everything for me and sorting it all out. Thank you!

As a newbie to the pop-op world of marketing, this app has an ease of use that makes sense to me. I'd downloaded several apps but with Personizely I was able to create what I needed in 10 minutes. Not only was I able to create a pop-up but also a slide in and have already gotten opt-ins as a result.

I did have a few issues, learners error, and when I emailed support they prompt and very helpful.
