Picqer is voor ons ideaal in combinatie met Shopify. Onze orders lopen naadloos en snel door van shop naar fulfilment. Wij combineren de input aan bestellingen uit meerdere platforms allemaal naar Picqer, waar onze voorraad over meerdere locaties wordt bijgehouden.
Sinds de introductie van Picqer hebben wij in het magazijn minimaal 50% tijd bespaart t.o.v. de situatie daarvoor.
En de support van Picqer is, als we dan eens ergens tegenaan lopen, altijd snel en goed.
We've been using Picqer as the backbone of our fulfillment workflow and have had several interactions with their support team around API integrations and automation. What stands out is that they actually listen, feature requests we submitted (webhook reactivation via API, a MyParcel delivery code option) were picked up and implemented within weeks. Support goes beyond copy-pasting documentation; they engage with your actual use case and offer practical suggestions. Not everything is possible out of the box, but the team is transparent about limitations and genuinely tries to help you find a workable path forward. Solid platform, solid support.
