I use this app to answer questions about products on my company website. It's a bummer that you have to upgrade to a paid service to get page sourcing for the questions, but the app looks good, is easy to customize, and the customer service if you have any questions on how to execute anything is excellent.

I used this app to make in-person class registration forms. The form making part of the app is super easy and intuiative. I didnt even watch or read the instructions. For my application I needed some liquid code done and Sunny was great we did it all for me, was super nice and quick. And the price is right!!!!

We used the Pify Form on our shop, and are very happy with how the form works. All we needed was a simple form with radio buttons, text boxes and dropdown selections. This app has provided it all and more! Customer service is excellent too. Got a very quick respond after sending an email and the issue was solved in a matter of minutes.
