My theme doesn't let me modify my contact form at all so I was so happy this app let me create contact forms without any branding!

I used this app for my business and its easy to set up and user friendly. The price is reasonable for its functions. I enjoy easy to use apps that is not a waste of time and can do what it needs to do immediately.

I used this app to offer a custom made design to customers, it was easy to use and customise. It would have been nice to be able to edit the email sent out to customers once they complete the form but apparently you have to pay for that service.
I tried this app for my contact form page. I saw many apps, but this one is really clean, professional and you can do many things to customize according to your website. Really satisfied by the app, but also by the customer service ( sunny) who is attentive and responsive.

The customer service is outstanding, best I have ever dealt with on Shopify. So responsive and nothing is too much trouble. The app itself works perfectly for what we were looking for and I would recommend this to anyone. We are able to create great forms, which provide us with all of the information we need. Thank you!

I use this app for my wholesale order form and wholesale registration form. Sunny is just fantastic with his customer service and his ability to fix things quickly. There was just one little bug which he fixed in a second and the app works great for me. It displays well in the website and has plenty of different fields to choose from.
