Great app for extra contact form features that aren't native in Shopify. Still allows for lots of customization within the free account.

One of the things I really want in an App is the customer service. They are the best. So when you ask for help, they will respond to you asap.

We are moving our store to Shopify, and Sunny, Lily, and their team were amazing in promptly addressing all of our requests and assisting us in setting up the forms with the customizations we asked for. So far we recommend this app and service.

The server side requests are coming very late, so the loading time of the form is also very late.
