Great Support with the App. Quick to respond and were able to resolve the issue I had quickly. We use the app on our website as a contact form which is working great and exactly what we needed.

Not actually a free app. Pretty much useless with the limited options without upgrading
Using the free seems fine, but I wish we had the option to use more than 10 custom fields
