I have been using this app for a long time, I started when all I had was an Etsy shop. It is a huge game-changer! It allows me to get so much more traffic on Pinterest because I can post so many more pins.
It has had some glitches in the past, but when I reach out to the creator, he is very responsive to offer solutions. And the app is always getting better and offers more and more features all the time.
Thanks for the review. I really appreciate it.
Kind regards,
Ollie
I love how it creates pins automatically and makes for easy scheduling. If you have similar pins together, you can mix them up in the schedule with a click of a button. Supper quick and easy.
The only downside I see is that it doesn’t distinguish between published and draft products so you have to take the time to pick through them. If you have a lot of products, then this is very time consuming, which counteracts the time saved by the plugin. If they solve that issue, it would definitely be a 5 star rating.
Update: Rapid response! They added the sort feature so now you can select only the active products. Thanks so much!
Noted. I will add filtering functionality for this asap.
UPDATE: I have added the filtering that you requested. You can now filter on drafts, archived and active products.
Kind regards,
Ollie
I've followed the app since its start, it's been continuously evolving and for us Pinterest was only a side interest, but thanks to the Shopify automation now we have a new channel of potential leads interests.
The app is not bug free, but i can assure that from our experience the founder is solid to fix bugs fast and efficiently and support the clients.
Test and you won't regret!
competent staff ready to assist you with any problem
Hi Dario,
We have refunded you and your subscription is canceled.
You can delete your account fully from the profile page which will remove all data from our servers.
Please go through the process there as there are some confirmations that need to be made in order to delete all data associated with your account such as you being the authenticated user and the owner of the account.
Kind regards,
Ollie
They continued to charge me money after deleting the app, they do not respond to my emails, and their feedback form on their website does not work. They also tried to hide the cancellation of the subscription as best they could, this is a real scam. I demand a refund for 3 months, you can write to me by email to clarify the circumstances y2kapparel.com@gmail.com
We can see that you cancelled your subscription on the 8th of December. You have not been charged since cancelling.
Nevertheless we have refunded you your last payment in goodwill.
Cancelation instructions are quite clear in our documentation too.
Kind regards,
Oliver Boyers
Pingenerator has made the process of uploading my products to Pinterest in bulk super easy.
Their customer service is excellent - if you have an issue they get back to you within a day.
I'm pretty happy with the basic functions that it has. It allows me to easily generate basic pins from the items from my store.
