Pinch AI: Fraud & Return Abuse

One of the more helpful apps available on the Shopify App Store. This product allows us to ensure our brand engages and sells directly to real fans and avoids potential returns issues. The whole team is super great to work with as well!

I waited 7 days and sat through 2 Zoom meetings, only to be told the program only works with brands making $15 million in profit. My time was wasted with no real results or actionable support. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
