Unfortunately, the app keeps hanging from time to time because the server is down or something is wrong. That's a bit too risky for my taste when dealing with tracking data.
Thanks for the feedback. Reliable tracking matters, and I’m sorry the app’s loading problems gave you reason to question it. The loading issue was fixed on 18 September, and I’ve also checked your store’s delivery records and emailed you directly with what OpenAI accepted and the exceptions, so you have a clear picture of what happened.
The app helped us connect our Shopify store with ChatGPT Ads and track product feed and conversion events. The support team has been very responsive and helped us understand feed setup, conversion tracking, and attribution details. Helpful app for merchants testing ChatGPT Ads.
Thank you for the thoughtful review! It’s been a pleasure helping you get everything connected and running properly. We’re always here if you need any further support!
Easy to install and setup. I had a small glitch that was just my interpretation of a setting, but support sorted it out very quickly. I have my ads up and running in openAI ads manager and this is all linked correctly and working.
Within 1/2 hour of correctly setting up I'm already seeing traffic from my ad showing up in the app. I highly recommend this app
Thanks for the review. Glad we could sort that setting out quickly and that your ad traffic is already showing in the app. Reach out anytime you need anything.
★★★★★ Clean fix for OpenAI Ads tracking
We run a large multi-brand Shopify store and needed reliable server-side tracking for OpenAI Ads. Reach was straightforward to set up — Pixel ID, Conversions API key, and Advertiser API key all connected in a few minutes, with clear status indicators confirming everything was live.
We also had a call with the founder shortly after installing, who walked us through the setup and answered our questions directly
Thank you for the thoughtful review. This is exactly what we built Reach for, and it was great walking through the setup with you on our call. Any questions down the road, just reach out, we're always one reply away.
Simple installation. Excellent and very responsive support by the founder himself.
Thanks for the review and the kind words! It was a pleasure helping you get set up. Best of luck with your campaigns!
Great customer service. Works so good for our protein and sportsnutrition store.
Thank you, it was a pleasure working through the setup with you! Good luck with your campaigns, and I'm always just an email away if anything comes up.
Grazie per il supporto, l'esperienza è stata molto intuitiva
Thank you for the five stars! Glad it all felt easy. If you ever need anything, just reach out!
Perfecto. Simple para instalar. Mejor que META.
¡Muchas gracias! Esa era justo la idea, que quedara funcionando en un par de minutos y sin tocar código. Si en algún momento necesitas algo, escríbeme cuando quieras.
Error on error - waiting 5 yrs for load, then error - day by day
Thanks for flagging this, and I’m sorry the app let you down. We experienced loading issues between 16 and 18 September, which are now resolved. Your tracking continued capturing events during that time, and delivery is back to normal. I’ve emailed you personally with more details and a way to make this right.
Great overview app to give you into organic and campaign based sales from Chat. Easy to set up and Alejandro provides top level support and is a rock star!
