Super easy to install and use and great real time updates
While the concept of this app is noble, lately my shop has been receiving an influx of fraudulent 50 cent transactions using the Planet app item as the sole item purchased. Luckily we delay capture on the charges and are able to cancel these orders using a Flow automation. But it creates a lot of clutter in the order list. I would love to see the developer team restrict this item from being purchased as the sole item in the shopping cart. Ideally it should only be available with other shippable physical items in the cart.
I'm really sorry to hear about the fraudulent transactions. Unfortunately, your suggestion to restrict this item from being purchased isn't something we can do. I'm glad to hear that at least your Flow automation is helping. I'd also recommend reviewing Shopify's built-in fraud filters and bot protection settings, which could help here.

Echt waardeloos de badge die ik op mijn product page plaats verdwijnt constant na een dag. Heb het nu al een paar dagen handmatig hersteld maar als ik dan dag later weer kijk is het weg. Geen support niks...
Thank you for your feedback! We reached out to you directly after seeing your review and identified a bug in our app that was causing the badge to disappear. This has been fixed and we've improved our monitoring to prevent it from happening again. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything.
