Playbook lets you create your own internal documentation and interactive checklists directly inside the Shopify Admin and Shopify Point of Sale app. Your team can create documents such as store training, onboarding, and standard operating procedures. Because Playbook lives inside Shopify, it feels familiar and easy to use from day one. Organize pages, assign and schedule tasks, send staff notifications, and keep everything easy to find. Pages are internal-only and never visible to customers.

This app is an awesome way to streamline communication across departments. I was also able to learn from our web dev as he recorded a 'tutorial' style video. Instead of leaving Shopify to watch a loom video, or similar, it's all in one place. Highly recommend!

I love the Playbook app stored right insde my Shopify Admin. Managing my Shopify store has become so much easier. All of my personalized training is organized and stored and I go back to review when I have a question or forget how to do something. Brian and his team went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident managing my store. They spent time walking me through everything, answering my questions, and creating personalized training videos specifically for my Shopify store. Having all of these knowledge saved in a Playbook means I don't have to remember everything from our meeting. I especially love that I can go back and learn at my own pace whenever I need a refresher. Playbook gives me an organized training library that I can continue using long after the initial training is over. It's such a helpful resource to have right inside Shopify.

This app is so helpful! As someone new to Shopify, I needed clear, practical guidance- and this app delivered exactly that. First, my web developer created custom videos for me on Vimeo, showing exactly what I needed to do. Then he added those videos to my playbook pages, so I can go back and easily review them as many times as I need to. Its made everything much easier to understand and has saved me a lot of time. Pure gold.
