I run a small embroidery business and needed a way for customers to type a name, pick a sweater color and yarn color, and see it on the product in real time. Podifai does this for free, and the live preview is a big hit with customers. The editor has more options than I found at first, including text that shrinks automatically to fit longer names.

Support was responsive. I reported a mobile layout issue and a real person got back to me quickly, confirmed the bug, and passed it to their developer and fixed the problem.

The app has truly been a game changer for our business, and working with Chelsea and her team has made the experience even better.

Podifai is an excellent product customiser and has quickly become an important part of our bespoke product service. It provides a complete set of flexible templating tools, and its customisers work very well across desktop and mobile and across the multiple themes we tested. What stands out most is that the app is clearly being developed with real merchants in mind, and the team is steadily improving it based on feedback.

The support has been exceptional. Chelsea and the team are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in understanding how we use the app. They engage thoughtfully with our feedback, prioritise useful improvements and have been very hands-on with setup, theme integration and ensuring ongoing compatibility with a wide range of Shopify marketplace themes. We use Maestroo’s Prestige theme, and they have been particularly helpful in making sure everything works properly. We are very happy to be using Podifai for our new bespoke service.

The product itself is super easy to use. My advice: start with one of the pre‑built templates that closely matches what you’re trying to do. Once I did that, everything fell into place. I saved my template, and now it’s just rinse‑and‑repeat for every new product.

Before Podifai, I tried two other customization apps and wasted a lot of time, money, and effort only to discover they couldn’t meet my requirements. It was frustrating and discouraging. Podifai met my needs immediately, and with their support, I truly believe I can make my project happen instead of abandoning it.

This is exactly what I have been looking for and the price is right! The basic features are exactly what I need. I love the live preview! I use a similar live preview with my amazon store, so I love having a similar feature for my website.

I have tried several other live previewers and they either cost way more than shopify each month, or were far more complicated and still couldn't give me the same features.
