Polar:AI Platform for commerce

Great addition to our Shopify store. Allows for easy access to data in one place, and saves us ton of time when pulling data for reports. The support team is also great, always responds to our requests within a very timely matter and always figure out the solution.

Couldn't recommend Polar any more than I already have, we use it all the time.

After struggling to find an a comprehensive analytics software that gave all the key metrics we needed, including subscription analytics, we found Polar and we have never looked back. Polar Analytics is the easiest to use analytics app I've found for Shopify. The UI is the more intuitive than other apps I've tried. The ability to create unique views and report/export against almost any data set means I can get everything I need in one place. Also their customer service is above and beyond if you have any questions. Can't recommend enough!

And the support is amazing, I think I had 10 requests and questions the last two days, and the Polar Analytics team jumped in and helped within minutes and even built reports for me. We use Polar following a change of solution. We needed a high-performance app that was adapted to our business. Not all the features are available yet (export over 1000 lines, customize charts, customize member access, etc.) but Polar is very attentive to our needs and works hard to respond quickly. Support is very responsive, which makes it easy for teams to get to grips with the solution.

Really thorough, detailed daily dashboard and deep-dive analytics. I love using the scheduled reports (every day!) to have daily vital signs sent straight to Slack where I can see them easily and make sure I always know what's going on with the key numbers like traffic, conversion, orders, ad spend, CAC and more. Connects to Shopify, Amazon, Google Ads and Analytics, Facebook, Recharge and more.

We've looked for the right marketing analytics data visualization platform for 2+ years, and Polar Analytics has been the best by far. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards for different looks we want to create. Their support has been super helpful as well - if I do not know how to create something, they help right away.

You do need to spend some time diving into its depths to get a true fully integrated experience but it is so worth it. Not only is it the most user friends data integration out there, its also visually the most appealing.
