Very friendly and helpful team, extremely easy installation process. Took me no more than 2 mins to install it on my shop.
it sounded nice, but there is no free plan like advertised. you have to pay to use it. free trial is available but that's not the same.
giving it 1 star for the waste of people's time.
Hi there, sorry for the misunderstanding here. Our pricing was recently updated and now includes a free tier.
It was unfortunate timing that you installed in the brief period when our pricing was updated on the App Store but hadn't been updated in the app yet. I apologize for any confusion. I've verified that you weren't charged. Hope you'll reconsider your rating and give us another try.
All the best
Super easy to install! Kevin was great to speak to about how the product works why/how it can add value to your business' website.
Very easy set-up and customizable to our business needs. Flexible/FREE pricing plan!
Smooth installation, great customer support, effective polls tooling.
Super easy to install, it takes like 3 clicks. No need to wait for your store developer/tech guy to install it. A caveman could do it. Plus, you only pay when you make money from the Polls Platform! Support is great.
Customer service is friendly and understands the specific needs of different shops. They are transparent and open to answering all the questions I had before I even touched their app. The app was easy to download, customize, and integrate into Shopify.
Had an onboarding zoom call with Kevin, very knowledgeable and setup was super easy.
Love this app, the features are really cool and the service is excellent! This app has helped me achieve a higher conversion on sales and I look forward to more consistent growth due to this feature on my online store! Thanks Kevin & Jeff, you guys rock!
The how to install video was fantastic. Hope the app lives up to it.
