Great app! It was very easy to install and set up. The design options are simple but effective, and I could create a nice popup for my store in just a few minutes. It really helps to catch customers’ attention. Definitely worth trying!

Use the Pop-Up feature to display pop-ups to our various audiences in different countries to sign post them to relevant distributors. Easy to set up each pop-up and decide the regions to include or exclude.
I've had great success with the app. We've used it in several stores and have had excellent results in all of them. The support is great, and the pop-ups are easy to set up.

Pop convert makes it really easy to make discount popups to offer visitors a discount when they land on your site. It's very configurable and can be used for lots of different outcomes.
Claimed to be free when I installed it but now charges for usage and they can charge you anything they want every month. Forces you to accept this instead of being allowed to start with a free plan, they make you accept the paid plan and then have to cancel it.

The popup you’re seeing in the app is for a 30-day Free Trial of our Growth plan. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time during the 30 day free trial and you won’t be charged at all.
We introduced pricing in May 2025 to help cover the growing costs of maintaining the app across tens of thousands of stores. The app had previously been completely free since 2021.
Please note: usage based pricing applies to large stores with lots of traffic. Most stores fall within the $29/mo plan. We also offer significant discounts since we understand each store is unique. Removed from website as we needed to set a spend limit of 'at least' $999 USD. Not sure if that is being fixed, but could not risk a random amount being billed.

Bad support. My website got flagged as spam and none of the customer support cared to find a solution. Everyone of them kept saying "we're checking and we will update you" but even after literal days went by none ever reached out. At a point they told me they fixed my issue but they actually fixed nothing, and after telling them the issue was still there they told me they couldn't fix my issue..???
