Pop Convert ‑ Pop Ups, Banners

I've been using the Pop Convert app to create pop-ups and banners for my Shopify store, but it's been a frustrating experience. The app doesn't send any email notifications, which is a major issue for running a business efficiently. I can't be expected to check daily if the emails are working—there should be a system in place to notify users of any issues, but instead, we're left in the dark.

Customer support has been equally disappointing. When I reached out about the email problem, there was little to no help. As a business owner, I need reliable tools that work seamlessly, and unfortunately, this app has fallen short. Would not recommend.

The popup is easy to use and has a lot of template options to use. There's also a lot of customization options for each template as well.

It's been a great tool to convince customers to signup for email and receive 10% OFF! They we're a lot of help when I asked to remove their watermark for FREE. Their chat support is super responsive and helpful, totally recommend!

Great support team and very intuitive design.
Would like to be able to select product collections or product tags to specify which pages the pop up should show on, as the URL coding doesn't really work for us.

I am impressed by the number of features and customization options available in this app. I have enjoyed exploring them so far, and I found it very easy to contact support when I had a question. The automation emails do not work. I spent a lot of time creating my templates and its been weeks without an update as to when the automation emails will work. I would ask everyone to look for a different app as they still have not given us an update nor do they know when it will work again.

Pop Convert is easy and friendly to use. I also like how I can now see which products have been viewed by our customers. It is more than just a pop up and banners app. Quick and friendly advise from the support team as well. Well done.

Super easy to use so far! I created a quiz using GoZengage, but then realized I needed a pop up to prompt someone to take it, which didn't come with the app. I found this great free app and the person assisting me helped me to remove the watermark for Pop Convert very promptly and courtiously.
