In spin the wheel the customer is allowed to try as many times as they want to spin with the same email. Their resolution is to hide the wheel after they used it once. And if the customer did not write the code down it is gone, the wheel and the discount, as they do not even receive an email about what they won. NOT good

Hi! Quick update: You can now include the winning discount code in the follow-up email so customers don’t lose access to the code they received. I’ve shared the instructions with you via email and look forward to hearing back from you.

We’ve reviewed your feedback with our lead developer and are actively working on improvements to address both parts of the experience. CRITICAL SECURITY FLAW – Will cost you thousands in lost revenue!
Do NOT install this app if you care about your store’s profit margins. It has a massive security loophole in how it handles discount codes. When a user subscribes, they receive a coupon code meant for a single redemption. However, the app fails to restrict the code to that specific customer's email address.
This means anyone can share the code on Reddit or promo sites, and use it freely without ever subscription! To make matters worse, when I brought this basic exploit to their support team, they didn't even understand why this was a problem. Complete incompetence and zero understanding of basic e-commerce security. Use a competitor’s app unless you want people abusing your discounts for free.
UPDATE: Issue NOT fixed + New targeting bugs found
The developer replied claiming this security flaw was fixed. I reinstalled the app to test it out, only to find nothing has been fixed. When I reached back out to support, they actually admitted the problem remains and confessed they have no solution for it.
To make matters worse, I found another bug: popups meant to offer coupon codes exclusively to "new customers" are showing up to everyone, even existing, registered customers who already have an account.
Do not be fooled by developer replies claiming issues are resolved. The support team admits they can't fix core security flaws, and basic targeting features are broken. Stay far away.
Update Sept 7, 2026:
Our new AI Popups now support dynamically generated, one-time-use discount codes on Spin Wheels, so each customer can receive a unique code rather than a static code that could potentially be reused.

Jason here, founder of Pop Convert. I saw your review and personally went through your conversation with Waqas. I wanted to reach out because I completely understand the concern you raised, and it looks like there was some confusion in how the feature was communicated.
We offer several different types of popups, and our standard coupon popup does support dynamically generated, one-time-use coupon codes. Our Wheel popup, which I believe is the one you're referring to, does not yet have this functionality.
Currently, with Wheel popups, you set a discount code for each winning slice, and that code is then displayed to the customer when they win. You're absolutely right that, because the code can't be generated uniquely for each customer, it can potentially be reused by multiple customers.
We actually haven't had this specific request come up before for the Wheel popup, which is why dynamic, one time use codes haven't been implemented there yet. That said, I completely understand why this is important, and I'm going to prioritize getting this functionality added as soon as possible.

No Proper Support , they are interesting in getting a 5 start rating , after that no response
Rude support team. I spoke with Mo about a certain feature which they dont have and it seems manners aren't something their support team are trained on. Uninstalled the app after that first contact with their rude support. With regards to the app, you cant set multiple choice buttons on the popup and track clicks to each option. Quite a basic popup app and pretty easy to use. But if you need something more, it doesnt work and the support team arent great to talk with.
Claimed to be free when I installed it but now charges for usage and they can charge you anything they want every month. Forces you to accept this instead of being allowed to start with a free plan, they make you accept the paid plan and then have to cancel it.

The popup you’re seeing in the app is for a 30-day Free Trial of our Growth plan. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time during the 30 day free trial and you won’t be charged at all.

Removed from website as we needed to set a spend limit of 'at least' $999 USD. Not sure if that is being fixed, but could not risk a random amount being billed.

Bad support. My website got flagged as spam and none of the customer support cared to find a solution. Everyone of them kept saying "we're checking and we will update you" but even after literal days went by none ever reached out. At a point they told me they fixed my issue but they actually fixed nothing, and after telling them the issue was still there they told me they couldn't fix my issue..???

might be a good App, in case it is working.
Wasn't able to generate a single lead, as the opt-in mail wasn't send. I informed support, but after more then a month, they did not come with a solution
Installed their Add to Cart pop up this morning and it has COMPLETELY broken our site. All ADD TO CART buttons on our site have stopped working, so sellers can't buy anything. This is as bad as it gets, and yet there is absolutely no urgency on their part to fix this for us.
We deleted the app but the residual code is still on the site and has essentially SHUT DOWN OUR BUSINESS altogether. Utter garbage of an app with equally abysmal level of customer service.
