It was free when we installed and started using, but unexpectedly it became not free anymore. Does not look fair.
Hi there,
The popup you’re seeing in the app is for a 30-day free trial of our Growth plan. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time during the trial and you won’t be charged at all.
We introduced pricing in May 2025 to help cover the growing costs of maintaining the app across tens of thousands of stores. You're right that the app had been completely free for years (since 2021!). That said, we don't want pricing to stand in the way of your success.
Feel free to reach out to our 24/7 live chat for a custom plan tailored to your needs. With our discounted options, we’re confident you’ll find something that works perfectly for you. There won't be any sales pitch or sales process, just a simple couple of questions to help understand your needs better.
I hope this helps clarify! We hope to earn you back as a customer soon :)
Una buena opción para colocar pop up's en tu web. Bastante sencillo de usar y con un gran funcionamiento.
I had a misunderstanding, but the customer service team helped me a lot to understand and guided me throughout the process. I'm very satisfied with the app and the customer service team.
I was able to make customized banner for website in no time. Thank you
