We've been using WisePops on our site for a couple of months now, and the targeting precision is what keeps us coming back.
Unlike basic popup tools, we can serve different messages to 1st time visitors versus returning customers, and tailor offers based on which product page someone is viewing, critical for skincare where a visitor researching a cleanser needs a different nudge than someone who's already added a serum to their cart
The built-in A/B testing and revenue tracking have been genuinely useful, where we can test offer types and timing, then see exactly how much attributed revenue each campaign drives, not just clicks. The Shopify and Klaviyo integrations work seamlessly, so customer data syncs
automatically and leads flow into our email flows without extra work
We also appreciate the non-intrusive nature of it like the onsite feed and web push notifications. For the price, it delivers more than we initially expected by a wide margin

Une app très intéressante avec son feed exclusive qui engage avec efficacité les clients du site, sans oublier toutes les options offertes par les popups et l'AB Testing.
I love the seamless integration of Wisepops x Shopify. Very quick and smooth. The library is very handy, I've always used it to start a new campaign.
I was so happy to see that web notifications came up, even though I'm not ready to use this feature yet.
Good customer support with speedy and effective answers. Their tech team were able to process custom things for us, which is great. Your needs to stay unanswered (in opposition to other apps).
It would be great to see that the contact comes from a Wisepops campaign inside its Shopify backoffice contact page.
Improvements need to come on the web notification feature, but it's very new with them so it should come fast.
A game changer for our user experience. Many features are available, such as the notification center and pop-ups. The main strength of this application is how much the user experience can be customized. On top of that, the support from the Wisepop team is excellent!

Very disappointed. I reached out several times during my trial to get help and never got proper support. My trial ended without resolving my issue, and I was left with no choice but to stop using the tool. Poor customer service — I can't recommend Wisepop after this experience.
