Poptin Email Marketing, Pop Up

We have used Poptin to create email subscription popups on our website. The design wizards have been very simple and seamless to use. I was unsure once I had made the pop up live if it was appearing properly so I used the chat service and Osama from the support team got back to me straight away and even signed up as a subscriber to prove it was working. So far so good with this app, I look forward to continuing to use it going forward.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with this company's customer support team and they were nothing short of excellent. They assisted me promptly with my needs, which included both installation and domain changes.

They were fast, clear, and extremely helpful. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of assistance.

I really like using this app. Having not worked with pop ups before, it took me a bit to fully get to understand how to use. This said, I love what opportunities it allows me now to do on our site. I had no idea I could target check outs, past clients, etc… and thus app lets me do that. There are a few design features that could be improved upon, but overall, looks and works great.

I am disappointed in the app maker.

They had a problem this week, in August 2024, where their system crashed and lost live poptins. That left our store giving away free product for no reason. I was not notified. I only learned that my poptin wasn't working by visiting my own website for a different reason. Support insisted that they emailed everyone, but I did not receive an email which could have prevented this problem. There was no email in our spam folder as well. This was the most disappointing part. On some other occasions, the product did not work as well and support corrected those issues, but it was frequent. The product is good when it works. I was most upset in the newest incident, which was insulting that they insisted that they emailed. I get all of their emails, but not this one...hmm.

The display triggers are very plenty and meet what I need. It supports display different content to different countries. The customer response is swift

The best app- 5 star, have the functions I need to build the shop.

The support for exit intent popups was amazing.
The service was fantastic and they didn't give up until they found the problem. I wish all companies had the level of service that Poptin has.
