Take online deposits and turn hesitation into committed sales. Hold in-stock items as customers decide, in store or from your product page. For sold-out variants, eligible items can take a deposit before stock arrives. Others join a first-come waitlist and receive a payment link after restock. A paid deposit creates a Shopify order; an unpaid request holds no stock. Manage layaway, reservations and collection across locations with staff alerts, customer emails, Shopify POS and Flow automation.
