Add surveys to the Thank you and Order status pages with the checkout editor. Buyers answer one question at a time. Run several surveys and choose one by product, collection or order amount. Each answer links to its order, so Insights shows revenue, AOV and response rate per answer. Remind buyers who did not answer through Klaviyo or Shopify Flow. Ask AI about your totals. The app stores no customer names, emails or phones from Shopify, and removes emails and phones from written answers.

Cool APP, But i would advice, to take less Space, it should ask one question at a time & once answered should display next question. it will look even better Coding wise & Look Wise.
The app looks as though it works fine, but we've being trying to find how to customise through CSS, as we cannot access this. Support haven't responded to multiple emails over the past week, so we must give the app 1 star for the non existent support.
