love app but support isnt good you have to wait weeks may be months
i m strugling for months to just get support as we paying for the app but app doesnt work at all and there is no support at all.
Hi Im getting charged by an app called Post Studio Social Auto Post & I uninstalled it a month ago. They are even charging me $29 a mth when it was only $19.99 unlimited. How do I stop them from charging me?
Thanks for reaching out. I see you installed the app on June 29th and cancelled on August 8th based on the shopify records. There's a 7 day free trial but you had it for over a month so thats why it was charged. The charge for 19.99 is in US Dollars. Shopify manages the ability to charge you so since you've cancelled you can't be billed again. Feel free to reach out to support. Thanks

Chat gpt is very limited, since it uses outdated 4o model.
Support is non existent, since the chats are not being responded to for days.
Stories styles/ ways to post it are very very limited.
Rules with which you post are also fairly limited...
Would love to rate the module better, but support situation is bad.
I used this app for at least two years. And it does what it promises, no problems.
But what angered me happened at the end, when I signed up it was $9.99 a month, now the moment I cancelled the plan I saw that at some point in time they had changed the price of my plan to $7.99 behind my back, but they continued to charge me $9.99 for who knows how long?!
Support conceded that they made price adjustments along the way and that there was some 'miscommunication', offered some credit that I won't use because I was moving to another app, and more importantly didn't mention for how long this had been going on, so I won't know how much I over payed.
I know is "just $2 extra a month" but it's the principle, and it doesn't feel nice.
Automating postings to my social media accounts is made super easy with this app. And the template options are great too as well as the customizing options. I really enjoy using them. Thanks to Post Studio!!
Really simple and easy to use app with high business value. With just a few simple configuration clicks you can fully automate your social media activities. The app is posting for me on Instagram and Facebook and I'm looking forward to further improvements and new features. This is really a must have app if you run an small / midsize company.
I must say, Bart is absolutely outstanding! He has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me. The app is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. Please continue the excellent work!

Another app that promises something that it can't deliver. Chat help was sarcastic and unhelpful. What a waste of time. Do not recommend.
