We’ve tested several return portals and currently use a different one for our main store, which handles over 100,000 orders per year. Unfortunately, PostCo is missing several useful features that our other portal provides. In addition, we couldn’t process exchanges properly as they kept bugging when orders were released. Finally, since we recently merged this store with our main one, our one-year subscription was renewed even though we won’t be using it for the full term. We reached out regarding a partial refund, but were told this wasn’t possible.

PostCo's support team are ultra responsive and will quickly jump on a call if needed.

Their portal is intuitive and the team are very helpful when setting up and making any changes to your return rules.

All in all the platform works really well for us and our customers.
