We’ve been using PostCo for our returns process and have been extremely happy with it. It has made a real difference to the way we manage returns, significantly reducing the number of support tickets and making the whole process much more streamlined for both our team and our customers.
The platform is very easy to use, and our customers find the returns process straightforward and intuitive. From a staff perspective, it has also made managing returns much simpler and more efficient.
