The support on Live Chat was second to none, guided me through setup with ease and this app will save us so much money when shipping to remote postcodes. Thanks to Neo the superstar!
Dear merchant,

This app is fantastic and the support from Blanca was great in helping us out with our specific requirements for different regions and the product shipping for them within each one.
This app worked well for allowing different shipping rates within a country which is not supported by the default Shopify shipping. The support is also fantastic!
A very handy app and the team at postcodes shipping are very understanding and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great app. We recommend it for all our clients.

I can not get any support, taken money and not working. The customer support does not seem to work,
Update: This issue was fixed. Support via https://support.postcodeshipping.com/ is back operational as usual. The problem was a leftover link pointing to our old support platform. Our support team has reached out -- please feel free to let us know how we can help moving forward! Thanks.
