Fantastic app and top-drawer customer service from Zann. I had a problem and he responded and solved it in a matter of minutes. Great stuff!

I didn't get any support either. They have a support web form that doesn't do anything and the chat expires before anybody answers. I'm looking elsewhere.
Update: This issue was fixed. Support via https://support.postcodeshipping.com/ is back operational as usual. The problem was a leftover link pointing to our old support platform. Our support team has reached out -- please feel free to let us know how we can help moving forward! Thanks.
