#1 Shipping App in History of Shopify. So easy to integrate, technical skills not required. Cool App

Unable to set up a courier account with them, and did not get any updates from the support team within two weeks.

We have investigated the reason for the issue that you had raised related to the setting up of your USPS account.
Upon investigation, we found that the issue that you were facing was because your credit card was declined by your bank as confirmed by our partner. Hence, we request you to contact your bank to get the restrictions lifted from your card or alternatively you can make the payment with another card to set up your USPS courier account.

Excellent free app that we use for Fedex shipments, and support are responsive too! They are good at taking on new feature requests also.
Customer support is world class! The user interface is nice and easy to use. Legit FREE. No hidden paid services. Great app for shipping at a discount.
Does as advertised. And support actually will get on the phone with you to help. Not just going back and forth with chat dozens of times like what happens with some apps. I would recommend this app
