Customs invoices do not generate automatically, resulting in extra fees from Postnord
Hi Tinko,
We are sorry to hear about your experience with the customs invoices. We do have a Customs Invoice feature that can automatically generate customs invoices along with your shipping labels.
We have emailed you the details on how to enable this feature, and we would be happy to help you get it set up. Many of our customers are already using this feature successfully.
Please feel free to reply to our email, and we will be happy to assist you with the setup and make sure everything works as expected.
Best regards,
